Crystal Add Acupuncture to Wellness Programme

Crystal Cruises have announced the introduction of acupuncture to their Wellness Programme – as well as a menu of Chinese herbs known for optimising and enhancing health and long-life. The treatments will launch this month on Crystal Serenity’s cruises.  

"For many, a vacation offers the freedom to try something new," commented Thomas Mazloum, senior vice president, hotel operations. "Whether one is just curious or one wants to pursue new treatments, acupuncture complements Crystal's myriad of onboard wellness activities, which have transformed guests into devotees of disciplines like yoga or reflexology or Spinning."

The programme includes an onboard acupuncturist, Nancy Kerastas, menus of Chinese herbs which included remedies that reactivate the body’s fat-burning process, as well as seminars about Chinese herbal medicine, Feng Shui practices and acupuncture.
